The seemingly long running overhaul of Cathedral Square now shifting focus to the western end of the square where the old Corn Exchange building stood until last year. Despite the blight on the city centre for over a year now, the finished setting will be a vast improvement on the scene of two years ago with St John’s Church becoming a worthy centrepiece for the city.
