A lovely old dairy which may, from the faint inscription on one of the churns, be in Longthorpe or “Thorpe” as it appears to be inscribed.
The photo was taken by “Jefferson, Bridge End, Peterborough” which would be in Stanground albeit no photographer by that name is recorded from that area or anywhere in the city.
