The days of sub-zero temperatures during the big freeze of December 2010 served up one of the UK’s biggest outdoor ice-rinks on the Whittlesey Washes, a venue that has supported outdoor fenland skating for many decades. These images were taken in -1C temperatures at mid-day on 19th December 2010.
